Our emotions rule us at times. We will learn about how to manage and work with our emotions in a healthy way. Using the techniques of yoga postures, mudras (yoga for your hands), essential oils, breathing practices, and affirmations, you will discover ways to address difficult emotions. You will enjoy leaving with a mini plan to navigate intense emotions so you can move through challenging experiences with more ease.
