My name is Jenn Tarrant and I am a Yoga Therapist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Yoga Therapy brings all the goodness of Yoga + Ayurveda together to support you and your wellness. Yoga Therapy can address concerns related to a wide variety of life experiences - including cancer support, physical strength + balance, nervous system regulation related to PTSD and trauma, chronic disease, and more.

My primary focus is to help you build strength + balance for mind + body.

My values

I believe in the profoundness of simplicity.

Too often we make our lives so complicated by adding in too many things and pursuing too many goals at once. But when you think about it, the best parts of our lives are mostly really simple: a quiet walk, a talk with a friend, being present with family, spending time with our pets, or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea while watching the world go by.

Here’s the thing. I don’t always get it right, either.

But we’re in this together! As I pursue simplicity in my own life, I share what I am learning along the way in the hopes that what I find helps you in some way, too. I love Yoga + Ayurveda and so I focus on yoga postures, breathing techniques, positive affirmations, essential oils, crystals, Ayurvedic daily routines, and mudras (yoga for your hands). I put them all together in ways that make sense to me and are easy to build into daily life.
